Look for account evidence
The achievement catalog describes possible achievements. Earned achievements require records attached to the account. A catalog entry, rarity label or global holder count alone does not show that this user earned it.
Keep the denominator
When comparing rarity, check which award or observed account cohort the count describes. A holder count for one achievement is not automatically the population of all Medal users.
Dawg's platform rarity board is separate from followers, clip views and pricing. Its score explains the counted signals and observed population rather than inventing an account sale value.
